Specialist Consultant Management & Commercial Contracts (d/f/m)
Your tasks:
- Consultant management across the full project cycle (acquisition and implementation phase), including coordination of internal selection processes for consultants on Commercial Contracts and Innovative Finance projects
- (Pre-)analysis of financing and funding opportunities with bilateral and multilateral donors in the areas of Commercial Contracts and Innovative Finance, as well as backstopping during the acquisition and implementation of Commercial Contracts projects
- Establishment, expansion and maintenance of an AI-supported expert roster and a project references database
- Support in developing donor-specific guidelines and building networks with relevant external stakeholders and consortium partners
Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree (ideally Master's or equivalent), preferably with a focus on economics, Commercial Contracts and/or Innovative Finance
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in development cooperation or humanitarian assistance, in Germany and/or abroad; professional experience abroad is an advantage
- Experience in Commercial Contracts and project financing in the area of Innovative Finance, as well as general experience in fundraising with national and international donors (e.g. GIZ, KfW, EU, World Bank)
- Sound understanding of the national and international donor landscape in the area of Innovative Finance
- Experience in database management and development, as well as the use of AI-based applications
