We are looking for a new team member for our International Cooperation in Hamburg as soon as possible Working Student (d/f/m) - limited to 2 years / half-time (max. 20 hours per week) -

Your tasks

  • Assistance with fundraising from bilateral and multilateral donors (e.g., German ministries, the EU, UN agencies), including the development of project proposals and full grant applications
  • Assistance with the development of project concepts
  • Compiling project information into charts, tables, and presentations
  • Support in organizing workshops as well as internal and external meetings
  • General administrative and organizational tasks, as well as research work
  • Documentation and maintenance of project information and databases
  • Flexible tasks as needed

Your profile

  • Enrolled student with at least one year remaining in a program in economics, social sciences, humanities, or a comparable field
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Quick learner with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent English proficiency is required; knowledge of German and other languages is a plus (especially French and Spanish)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team player, flexible, and solution-oriented
